When you register for an OpenVoice
account or add another account using the
account management
feature, we collect your account nickname,
password, password
protection options, email address, and
mobile number through the
registration and login process.
If you log in to OpenVoice in another

your WeChat account, we will obtain your
WeChat profile photo,

system on the Internet, you may still need
to bind a valid mobile
phone number when you use other methods of
associated login and use
some functions of OpenVoice. This
information is collected to help
you create an OpenVoice account and verify
your real-name. If you
refuse to provide this information, it will
affect your
registration to use OpenVoice.
In order for you to easily log in and use
the products provided by us and our
affiliates, we adopt a unified
account system, where you can log in and
use OpenVoice and other
products with an OpenVoice account. If you
make changes to your
account information (including account
password, password
protection options, email address, mobile
phone number) in any one
product, such changes will be automatically
synchronized to your
unified account. You understand and agree
that if you log out of
your account in any one product, it may
affect your use of other
products.
In addition, if you wish to set up
"Teen

14, we will collect your
child's account nickname, gender, and date
of birth. For details,

device supports these
options, we will collect your precise
location information or rough
location information after you turn on the
positioning permission.
You acknowledge and understand that we may
rely on other
information (such as Internet Protocol
Address, Wi-Fi access point,
mobile signal base station location, etc.)
to determine your
approximate location and provide you with
information and services
based on such location.
1.3 Publication and Interaction
When you post or forward OpenVoice, post
a comment, or send a private message with
another user, we will
collect the content you post (including
text, images, or videos).
If the image or video you use to post
OpenVoice contains location
information, we will extract such location
information and use it
as an alternative to your location
labeling. You can also geolocate
your proposed OpenVoice content at your own
choice or according to
our recommendations and guidance. If you
refuse to enable location
permission or provide location information,
you will not be able to
mark location information on the published

to confirm your free service eligibility
based on your IMSI. If you
plan to create a LIVE appointment, you can
also turn on calendar
permissions on your device so that we can
create an agenda and
remind you before the LIVE starts, and you
can adjust the cover
image of your LIVE or label your LIVE
location if you wish. If you
refuse to provide such information or turn
on relevant permissions,
you will not be able to use the functions
corresponding to such
information and permissions, but it will
not affect your viewing,
initiating or booking LIVE.
1.7 OpenVoice Wallet Features
When you use the OpenVoice Wallet
feature, you will need to bind your Alipay
account. We will collect
the information authorized by your Alipay
account (including name,
login name, business name, nickname,
profile photo, gender, region
and user status) and the connection between
your Alipay account and
your OpenVoice account so that you can
complete the withdrawal or
pay with your wallet balance. If you refuse

be able to use the OpenVoice Wallet
withdrawal and balance payment
features.
1.8 When you use the video creation and
content management functions, we will
collect and show you your

viewing and management. If you
need to upload videos, you need to
authorize us to access photo
albums or externally stored information,
otherwise we will not be
able to obtain the video content on your
device. If you need to

can edit your nickname, profile photo,
gender, birthday and
location information, and you can actively
fill in extended
information such as profile, relationship
status, hometown, school,
company, etc. according to the actual
situation. If you refuse to
provide extended information, it will not
affect you from editing
your profile photo or using other functions
of OpenVoice. If you
need to modify your profile photo, you need
to authorize us to
access the album or externally stored

occupational information according to the
type of service you use,
and also need to collect your facial

personal information to the
greatest extent possible, and if you do not
provide this
information, we will not be able to provide
relevant
services.
For some accounts that involve the
dissemination of public information (such
as real-name official
accounts), we will force the collection of
ID information of the
main responsible person (such as account
operators) to maintain
public communication order. Except for the
above situations, we
generally do not force the collection of
user ID information.
1.11 When you use the OpenVoice "same
city" service, we will collect your
location information so that we
can show you the OpenVoice content of
"same city" users based on
your geographic location. If you refuse to
provide precise location
information, we will only rely on rough
city-level location
information to provide you with "same
city" service, and you can
also browse other "same city"
OpenVoice content by switching
cities. At the same time, if you do not
want your OpenVoice to be
displayed in "same city", you can
turn it off in the OpenVoice
settings, which will not affect your normal
use of other OpenVoice
functions.
1.12 When you use the tools provided in
OpenVoice for shooting props, photo album
production, etc., if you
choose to use the tools that need to fit

provide better visual effect. During this
process, unless otherwise
expressly stated and with your separate
consent, we will not
return, store or provide the above
information to third parties,
and this information will only be processed
locally on your device
(such as mobile phone). If you refuse to
provide facial feature
value information, you will not be able to
use the relevant tools,
but it will not affect your use of other
functions of
OpenVoice.

and mailing address when you participate in
marketing activities
within OpenVoice (for example, using Points

at OpenVoice Points Park). This information
is collected to send
you gifts, and if you refuse to provide
this information, we will
not be able to issue gifts to you.
1.14 When you participate in an OpenVoice
User Task Center shake & chat campaign,
we will
collect your location information to match
concurrent users based
on your geographic location. If you refuse
to provide location
information, you will not be able to use
the shake
& chat function, and your refusal to
provide this
information will not affect your use of
other OpenVoice
features.
1.15 When you use the call center to
manage your account, depending on the type
of service you use
(including but not limited to retrieving
your login name,
retrieving your password, changing your
password, bind mobile
phone, etc.), you may need to provide us
with different information
such as nickname, original password, new

information). In order to provide efficient
search services, some

your personal identity,
it is not your personal information, so we

related to your other information and can
be combined to identify
your personal identity, we will treat your
search keyword
information as your personal information,
and your search history
will be processed and protected in
accordance with this
policy.
1.17 In the case of you copying or
following information, we need to access
your clipboard and read
the password, copy code, link contained in
it to achieve functions

to help you open the
copied or concerned content and improve

to our servers if it is recognized locally
as an OpenVoice jump
command. Other than that, OpenVoice does
not upload other
information about your clipboard to our
servers. Some end point
devices such as mobile phones will prompt
that the application
(App) is reading the clipboard, but the
system prompt cannot
distinguish whether clipboard information
is collected or not, and
does not rule out false positives.
Therefore, if you find a similar
prompt, please contact us so that we can
locate the problem.
1.18 When you use OpenVoice, we will send
you personalized advertisements based on
your device information,
Internet Protocol Address and location

above information, we will de-identify the

as assessing the compliance of a user's
specific use behavior), we
may ask you to provide a copy or scan of
the relevant written
certification. We will properly handle your
information after
receiving your materials and provide you
with timely
feedback.
1.21 If we obtain your personal
information outside the above scenarios, we
